Influencers know how to build and maintain the relationships important to achieving desired outcomes. As people grow within an organization, their influencing skills become increasingly important to the success of the business.

We developed an approach that clearly identifies the levers of influence. This module, presented in a workshop environment, helps participants define their goals, identify stakeholders and assess their options strategically on a real influence challenge they are currently navigating.


We introduce the communication skills to influence effectively and experiment with influence  behavioral models.

By the end of the process, participants can establish clear influence goals, demonstrate a variety of influence behaviors and apply specific influence models to real-world situations and challenges.
