Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a defining characteristic of great leadership and essential to building psychological safety. Understanding the fundamentals of EQ and how the brain responds when triggered by psychological stress is crucial to manage our own behaviors and emotions, as well as interact skillfully and compassionately with others.

EQ is comprised of four domains: self-awareness, self-management, social-awareness and relationship management. This skillset affects day-to-day interactions with others—at work and beyond.

Our emotional intelligence program helps participants identify their unique triggers and offers a variety of tools to improve their interpersonal skills by learning how to respond (as opposed to react).
