Research shows that diversity can result in increased creativity, stronger innovations, reduced employee turnover and other benefits. But creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment goes far beyond the hiring process. Inclusion action and trusting relationships allow for people to take risks, identify and solve problems, and collaborate to achieve business results.

Our DEI training is a consultative process versus a single program. It can be facilitated as a multi-module program or a process stretched out over several months involving intake interviews, customized workshop design, and senior leader consulting and advising.

We use experienced consultants in the DEI+B space to run these projects—consultants with academic and corporate experience. Through a series of activities, our clients learn the behaviors needed to create an environment of psychological safety and an equitable workplace. Additional sessions introduce “trust builders” and the actions leaders can take to build and sustain trusting relationships, as well as the common “trust breakers” that erode or break trust.
