Design thinking is a problem-solving methodology that integrates the needs of people with evolving technology in a framework to solve real-world business problems. Through our partnership with some super bright IDEO alums, we deliver a workshop that sparks the thinking and creativity of a team to look beyond services and what they control to what customers (internal or external) actually need.
This program employs the skills of anthropology and empathy to understand customers better. Throughout the process, teams learn to think creatively through observation and collaboration as they identify and reframe a problem, examine solutions through the eye of the customer, brainstorm (alone and as a team), and build and synthesize ideas.
